I used this set to flatten a bent rear quarter panel on my truck. It takes some research (if you're a noob like me), lots of patience, and a bit of practice, but the tools work as intended. I've found a slide hammer to be the most helpful for this repair, but it all depends on the type and size of dent you need to repair. Read the instructions, especially cleaning the surface of the body and pads with alcohol before use to ensure proper adhesion of the hot glue. I would spend about an hour watching repair videos online before trying it in real life.
