The product was delivered very quickly. He was in his own box in a big box. The stem of the stand is very durable. In fact, it's even difficult to set up, which is a good thing. Only 2 things weren't quite perfect and both have something to do with my laptop. If you type a lot at once, when my laptop is very narrow at the front edge, the edge of the stand cuts into my wrists (you can see what I mean in pic 2) but I plan on getting a wrist rest, this is it no problem. If the laptop were thicker there, then that wouldn't be a problem, but only for surfing the net - that's fine. Even though my computer is only 13 inches, the stand is lower than my laptop, which means it's great for larger laptops, but it does add some length to my power cord (see Figure 3). I just move the tablet back a little until it touches it (Figure 4). I highly recommend this product and if I needed it again I would buy it and recommend it to someone else.
