Includes all the necessary tools for mounting on each seat post, instructions and a handy storage case. Installed it on my Canondale mountain bike and it was so comfortable. I didn't feel anything on my wide ass. I felt like I could circumnavigate the entire continent. :) I weigh 275 pounds. and I didn't feel any discomfort, chafing or irritation on this seat. It made my bike rides comfortable. I'm thinking about getting another one for my specialized MTB. I traded it in for a seat I bought at Walmart. It was the Schwin brand. It was firm but comfortable. For the price it couldn't be better! Get everyone!
