First of all I wish I knew in advance that postage back costs almost as much as a collar. I originally bought the XS for my 4 month old corgi/chihuahua pup but it was too tight. I ended up buying the same collar in a smaller size because I loved flamingos very much. The small fits her, but it's as tight as it gets. They are an odd size. Plus, the XS is so thin you can't even see the flamingos. The big difference between XS and small-small is much bigger. I'm not really happy that I have an extra collar that I can't use right now, but that's the risk you run if the return policy isn't clearly stated.
