Decent quality seal

Fel Pro mid-range seal not the best, but not the worst either. I use sealant on all of their gaskets and use them frequently. The price is always very good, so, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. If I was going deep into the engine or a part I didn't have good access to, I'd probably look for a better quality gasket like the Cometic.
