I use plastic needles for weaving ends in crochet and knitting projects. The problem is that the mold marks on the side of the needles continue to cling to and pull on the thin yarn. I came across these Lion Brand nickel plated steel pins with large eyelets and decided to give them a try. They work fantastic for me. The eyelets are big enough to thread through my yarn and then the needles themselves seem to slide over my finished projects as I weave the ends. Even better, you get two needles in three different sizes with this set. I can find a needle gauge that best suits my yarn. and I can keep one set in my project work that I keep at home and the other set I can put in my bag. This is great for my needs.
