Flavor (vanilla beans) was ok which is to be expected. Easily mixed in a shaker, I mixed it with spirulina powder and a small amount of collagen powder. I would drink it about an hour before getting up. I don't know if it was just the psychology or if it was the MCT oil, but I felt like I was a little more energetic for the workout. My biggest complaint is the price. I originally bought it for $25.05 and now the same size is available at Revain for $39.90. It's getting too much. I regret this because for the lower price I would definitely continue to use this on a daily basis.
