Review on Efficient Point Storage Tool Box for Quality Carpenters by Aaron Collins

I asked my carpenter husband to check out these drill bits. and that's what he said: excellent value for money! I have used these drill bits for precision drilling in hardwoods and softwoods - maple and medium woods - cherry, pine and plywood. I've used them to drill precision holes in maple (multi-core - the plies go criss-cross on top of each other) with a very small gap (pulls out the wood fibers next to the hole). Yes, they don't come in an indexed metal case - most metal cases have been dropped and don't work well in a production/intensive environment anyway. I found it excellent value for money - both for the serious woodworker and the occasional 'weekend brawl'. They're sharp, real (don't wobble when used in a drill press), and get the job done. For those of us who have used and roasted BPs in the past, this is a nice "fill in the gap" set that fills in the most commonly used sizes. I noticed that they missed a hole in black walnut (medium density wood) - one that could be repeated over and over again without a break. At this price I will be buying these for my woodworking nephew who has been removed twice as he is a new dad and is starting to work with wood to build items to help his family. I love these beats, they get the job done and . For those who want to "sharpen" them - good luck - it will cost you more to resharpen them than to replace them. Excellent value for money, I recommend them for professionals (as an alternative set) and for those who are just starting out in woodworking.
