Terrible customer service, poor quality router. Setting up with Comcast was easy. Has two concurrent bands 2.4 and 5. I've had packet loss issues troubleshooting Comcast and Battlenet. After needing to locate a Netgear service number I called, they wanted me to pay for troubleshooting even though the product has a 1 year warranty. They call it a technical support guarantee or something, it's only 2 months. If they don't find anything wrong at the end of troubleshooting, should I pay? This seems transparent and totally unacceptable. So I chewed on her ear and placed a return. If a customer needs to confirm that they have a problem with your product and troubleshooting is not part of the warranty, then customer support is either non-existent or has failed miserably. I will never buy from this company again. Customer service was based overseas due to the man's heavy accent.
