Well the first item they sent me turned out to be defective. I thought it was cables so I connected other hard drives with cables but everything worked fine. It didn't even show up on the drive and made weird noises while loading. So I asked for a refund but guess how much tax I had to pay when I first bought this item and if I send it back I only get the money for the product (tax not included). So should I only pay tax for the defective items they ship to me? I ordered the 2nd product and it works fine, but I am still being charged taxes on the 2nd product. I don't know if that's how they apply to things, but generally if you're returning due to a product malfunction, you'll get a full refund of what you paid WITHOUT any tax.
