This set of 101 magnetic screwdrivers is characterized by its build quality. The fit and finish of this kit is superb! Each screwdriver has been carefully designed for durability and strength. This is a complete set, so if you need a certain size screwdriver, chances are you will have it. The ratchet screwdriver lies well in the hand and is of commercial quality. There is forward, lock and reverse. Any drive bits right at the front of the ratchet are much appreciated. All of your screwdrivers are clearly marked on the top of the handle so you know exactly what size they are, but they don't give you any instructions on where each screwdriver fits in the stand. So it's more of a guessing game of putting them in a stand, which I don't like. Screwdrivers have magnetic tips that make it easy not to lose the screws. They include a magnetizing/demagnetizing device, but there's no way to put it on the stand. The only thing I would like to improve about this set is the additional parts and not the quality of the screwdrivers. You could have gone the extra mile and labeled each slot for each individual screwdriver so it would be a little easier to find the right place for each one. Then they could also provide a place on the stand for the magnetizer so you can keep the whole set together and not risk losing it. But these things are more like icing on the cake. I am very enthusiastic about this set and can only recommend it.
