User friendly interface for both schedulers & providers is great! You can easily create an appointment or add in notes with ease as well has being able to view patient info from previous visits/schedules etc very helpful when seeing new patients coming into clinic. I dislike that there are no reports included such as graphs of appointments per month which would have been nice if we were looking back over past months data. Very useful tool once user gets familiarised wth its features but this took me some weeks before i felt comfortable using all functions available however now am super happy having used crescent multiple times since launch so far! Patient record keeping / viewing was something lacking prior to implementation - Now everyone knows who they see next visit day what tests need taken (blood pressure) ect.
