I love that we can add new fields easily without having to go back into our database or make changes in Excel to update them. The tool is very user friendly and intuitive for both agents and office staff. It has been useful since adding additional information about medications to patient records as well as documenting services provided via ePrescribing. I have been with this software for almost 2 years now. It is user friendly. The interface is very simple and easy to learn. There are many options that can be used which allows for flexibility and customization. Some of the features are not as helpful as one would hope. This is mainly due to a lack of training in some areas regarding these features. Overall we like the system, however there is improvement to be made. We are able to see our patients in different states by using this software. It

User friendly interface for both schedulers & providers is great! You can easily create an appointment or add in notes with ease as well has being able to view patient info from previous visits/schedules etc very helpful when seeing new patients coming into clinic. I dislike that there are no reports included such as graphs of appointments per month which would have been nice if we were looking back over past months data.
