Review on Crescendo by Delta Health Technologies by David Banks

I really like that we can update our schedule as soon as an appointment is scheduled in order not have any issues with showing up for appointments or getting paid! The process of updating my information when needed has been made much easier than before. Sometimes there are errors which don't allow us access to certain info but they quickly address them if contacted directly via email. This software makes life so much better because all staff knows what each person does without having to ask questions every day (which means less work). It also allows me to see who will be covering where while still keeping track of everyone's hours/payroll etc.
