I love that we can add new fields easily without having to go back into our database or make changes in Excel to update them. The tool is very user friendly and intuitive for both agents and office staff. It has been useful since adding additional information about medications to patient records as well as documenting services provided via ePrescribing. Having all of this data in one place makes it easier for us to manage our workload so there are fewer mistakes when processing claims. I like that there is an option for multiple providers in one screen. It makes my life easier when i'm trying to schedule with different doctors. The only thing about crescent is the price of the software. If they would lower their prices, then this program will definitely get more people using it! This helps me keep track of all patient information as well as doctor appointments.
