for how expensive it is 100% not worth it. even if it's not cheaper. After about 2 months of ownership, a film appeared on the water in the lower tank, and plaques appeared throughout the inside of the filter. I had to disassemble and clean everything and come back a month later. I followed all installation instructions verbatim, including the millions of hours it took to get the water through the main filter. The water tastes bad and I've honestly been drinking less water since I bought this thing. there are far better options. would not recommend.
