When the instructions describe the 2 different screws that come with the kit as smaller/larger, that actually means that there are screws with fine and coarse threads. Also sticking the protective plastic film on was quite a waste of time. I ordered 2 sets of these fenders, when opening both packages the protective film was so crumpled that it was impossible to put them on properly.
