Review on Misen Santoku Knife: 7.5 Inch Japanese Style Kitchen Knife - Blue, High Carbon Stainless Steel by Patricia Perez

I've never owned a really 'good' chef's knife and wanted to see what all the fuss was about. When this came out I talked about it with my wife for the next 30 minutes because I was excited. Despite its size, it is very light and handy. This is the sharpest knife I have at the moment and it was great while preparing for dinner. I personally think it will make a great workhorse for my kitchen! I have the gray color and really like the finished look.
