Terrarium for the first time. I have a hot climate orchid and was hoping to plant it in my terrarium using an 11 gallon cylinder. Of course it's the wrong size so I bought the right size and it didn't get any better. I expected the products to raise the temperature in the terrarium to 85-90 degrees Fahrenheit. However, after 6 hours they only increase the temperature in the terrarium by 2-7 degrees above room temperature, so in a room with a 75 degree terrarium I'm available, maybe only 80 degrees. I bought a temperature controller and everything for free. Disappointed but only because my expectations weren't met I guess. It was flexible enough to fit on the side of the cylinder, which was nice, but only a little warmth came out of it. After 4 hours, the side attached to the power cord began to detach from the terrarium wall. I hope I can return.
