So this device works very well. I recommend plugging the device into the wall with a micro USB cable, as sometimes the device doesn't work with some electronic devices because it takes more power to send a signal. So if you don't see the picture and don't use a cable, just plug it in and try. I had this problem with my WD media player. I am happy with this device as I can connect my PS3 to a monitor and play games and output audio to a bluetooth speaker for example. The neck is quite flexible so you don't have to worry as much about bending it to fit. This is a device with a short cable, so you basically have to rely on the monitor's cable to have some slack. Overall, I am very satisfied with this device and can recommend it.
