Review on Safetrax by Jeff Payne

I like that it's open to everyone in our community, no matter what their role is within the organisation or if they are from outside of the organisation. It has been well designed with clear functions across many departments which helps us all work together more effectively as an organisation. We have yet to fully implement some features but we're always adding new tools so there will be things we miss out on! Our biggest challenge at this stage would be getting more people using the platform - currently only about half use it when required (e.g., for a report) compared to those who don't need it. As mentioned above - great collaboration tool for staff working closely together on any incident/incident management process- e.g. reporting, investigation & prosecution etc.
