As an avid cyclist, I'm always on the hunt for products that can enhance my riding experience. This spindle has definitely done just that .The installation WAS easy and simple fitting with my 386EVO bottom bracket like a glove. Sports and Outdoors enthusiasts will appreciate the durability and smooth ride this upgrade offers. As my tests showed, the power transfer was noticeably improved, making climbs feel easier. The only downside is the higher price point, but I believe it's worth the investment for serious cyclists..
