My customer had a Civic LX 05 that cracked over time due to parts of the original lower timing cover. Fragile pieces of plastic fell to the ground and caught between the belt and sprocket, causing the belt to skip a few teeth. As a result, all intake valves were bent. This is a great replacement and fits perfectly. The price is a little higher than wholesalers, but delivered quickly. An additional seal is not required, it is included in the kit.
