Won't burn Blu-Ray
Failed to burn video to Blu-Ray or BDMC file in Windows 10 operating system. Also played Blu-Ray movie. Blu-ray video cannot be played with third-party player software. I have no idea why, although I suspect it has something to do with Windows 10 not supporting Blu-ray playback, but I'm not sure. However, I have to give the vendor a very high rating for supporting their product. They were very responsive and helpful in trying to isolate and fix the Blu-ray issue. It works very well with high definition DVD playback and recording.
