Review on Encompass Digital Mortgage Solution by Nathan Ortiz

I like it most when we have to make any changes in our mortgage files, such as changing home values or contact information for borrowers because they are always up-to-date with their accounts. Sometimes there might be issues where some fields don't update automatically but if you check other lenders' properties this usually isn't an issue anymore (for example a bank may not have updated its property records). It also helps us keep track of who has seen what kind of loan documents within our database. I like how easy it was to navigate through this software, as well as being able to use my smartphone or computer for everything pertaining towards mortgage processing! The ability to have multiple users in different states makes things easier when managing large amounts of transactions (and sometimes not having enough staff). It would be nice if they could add more features/capabilities; however with their current structure we are satisfied at present time since our needs aren't too complex currently.
