I just received this product and I put it up for double the price because it's sold from the factory. That may be true, but outside of the Makita sticker there is no factory STD stamp and it comes in a clear bag. There are no part numbers or brand names on the part. Who knows if it really is a Makita. So I went to Home Depot to compare and this one is clear labeled and boxed and has a factory part number.On inspection I also noticed that the screw holes on one of them are perfectly round while this one is oblong.Also the lined velcro feels a little firmer than the one in the store.I have 2 US Dollars saved for something similar and may or may not be the same, but when held side by side there are clear differences.
