Having used a NAS for many years, I was quite disappointed with the final setup of my 8TB Duo. Simple statements usually mean few functions. 1- I've spent many hours figuring out how to set up FTP for my duo. There is no information in the installation or setup guide. If this was a feature allowed on Dou, they would have to mention it in the manual. 2- Network Discovery. It's not on the web. When I originally installed the drive, it was available through my network or my PC's discovery. The drive has disappeared from my view and is no longer visible when I explore my network. "I'm sending this back out of frustration.
