A friend of mine has a similar opener and I have used all the electric types and I don't like them. However, I recently used my friends and it was very easy, so I bought it for myself. It's very simple, requires less effort than a traditional manual corkscrew and everything just turns on and off. There are picture instructions in the box, also words, but I'm too old to read the fine print and you just follow them the first time and when you're done with a cork in your hand you know how easy it is , and maybe it's the perfect corkscrew for wine.
