The only criticism is that it has a unique shape and no sheath - which is a shame as the knife is solid. I bought it for grilling, specifically for the breast. Two knives are generally needed for such meat, one for slicing and one for slicing. The unique profile at the top allows me to fit in hard-to-reach places, but it's also thin enough to trim the chest well. Four stars for that alone. I can't tell you how it holds an edge, but being fairly light it should be easy to sharpen. But it doesn't fit in a standard knife block and finding a sheath wasn't easy, hence running out of four stars.
