I needed new 2-in-1 pedals for my Nordic Track S22i bike as it only came with a frame. I've searched for a while to find the best well made pedals with great reviews. Venzo 3-in-1 did not disappoint. I had trouble understanding the written instructions at first, but the Revain video helped. He showed me how to release the tension on the clamp assembly so I could snap the cage into place. You then increase the tension to secure the cage in place. Now that the pedals are in place they work great. My husband and I have sneakers and love the clip and my daughter can use the toe cage. I definitely recommend them for spinners as you will get the best workout.
