Perfectly installed. It worked great but after applying the electronic brake it shorted out internally and the wheel locked up. I had to carry my scooter home as I couldn't even spin it when it was off. I'm currently waiting for a replacement in hopes that this first one was just a bad batch. UPDATE: Got a second board and connecting these things up pretty quickly now. After using the electronic brake once, it was partially shorted this time. We have to give them their rights. However, after this short circuit uphill, it no longer wants to accelerate and makes a very loud noise when braking. Once again I was left with a $400 piece of junk. Find a real Segway replacement if you ask me.
