We needed a swamp animal for the daily Bible School sketches. We named this little guy Hopper. He was the highlight of VBS! (We used Cookie Crisp as the "BBQ Cookie" in the photo.) All the kids loved it and even the adults were excited to see it. My nephew liked that we took him home. He likes to play with Hopper and hug him! It's a great size, not too big to look believable as a frog, but not too small for the hand either. I have fairly large hands but had no problems installing it. The craftsmanship is fantastic. One leg is a bit crooked, but that doesn't matter. It's made of nice fabric. Forearms and mouth can be controlled. I put my thumb and pinky on my hands and the three middle fingers on the bottom of my mouth. You can stick your fingers in the head, but it's easier to control just the bottom part. I love that it's a complete animal that can be played with even when not used as a doll.
