ATTENTION Linux users!

If you plan to use this on Ubuntu 20.04, you'll probably bring it back shortly after it's released. First of all, you cannot use Realtek WiFi driver. It just doesn't work. The instructions do not indicate that you need to find your specific Linux driver online. After searching for the driver, I downloaded the zip file and unzipped its contents. From there I read READ.me and saw that there were several quick start guides to read and follow. To my first surprise, there was an install.sh file. I created an executable and ran it only to get an error. I looked at the error and found that the install.sh file was originally written on a Windows PC using a different character completion than Unix, causing the "^M" error I was getting. The solution was to copy the contents of the file, create a new file using vi, and then paste the contents into vi. I created a new executable and then it ran. Then another problem arose. A root user authentication request will appear in the terminal asking for your password. Whether you know your password like the back of your hand or not, this authentication fails every time. This is perhaps the most frustrating moment I've ever tried to install a driver on Linux. I've been using Linux for over 12 years, so I'm not a newbie. I would look elsewhere for a plug and play wireless adapter instead. You'll save yourself a huge headache. I will return this item.
