Review on Maxident 6 by Rushabh Gonsales

I like how easy it was for us newbies without any training at all, with nothing but an excel file of each employee's availability or no available time during those hours! It allowed me so much freedom as far what times my employees could work when they would have their own personal schedule set up perfectly before hand by just inputting info into one sheet only!! Not having our clients waiting forever around until we got off shift/daylight saving changes etc - which can be very frustrating especially if its summertime here right now (it has been extremely hot). And being able get instant reports about who actually uses this system best throughout different departments within minutes after submitting information instead taking days later once everything else had already closed down. The ease of use, the ability to create custom reports, the fact that it's very customizable and easy to learn, the ability to send emails to clients directly from the system, the ability to send out mass emails, the ability to schedule appointments/meetings. I don't dislike anything about the program. It's great for managing multiple offices and creating custom reports. We are able to easily track our client information and view all of our staffs' time sheets.
