I'm not sure if the UL certificate is fake but it has nothing connected to ground just a dummy connection. Tried to see if I could remove the ground pin for use with a 2 fan on a 2 pin socket and took it apart. As you can see, nothing is actually connected to ground, so even when used on a 3-prong outlet and device, NO GROUNDING IS PROVIDED. Any device with metal, such as a lamp, etc., will not be properly connected and will not be protected from live metal parts in the event of a fault.
