. My problem is the supplied pulley or more specifically the supplied bushing. This is supposed to be a "complete kit" for the Wrangler Tj. This pulley uses a spacer located above the tensioner pulley and to the right of the alternator. This spacer is also a bushing, it is not as wide as the stock bearing or the bearing in this kit. However, if you use the included bushing, the pulley will move about 1/4 inch after installation. If you don't use a bushing (I don't have) you will need a washer which is not included. If you cut off the dust cap, that would do as well. I really have a feeling and wish Gates would supply the correct size bushing or at least the correct washer. It made this item just a little "cheap" and then you know you only have doubts about its reliability.
