Requires modification for 2004 Scion xB

This is not a Toyota OEM part and it is visible. After the first hour of fitting the door latch did not work properly - it did not close fully or securely - I spent the next hour removing it and comparing it to a Toyota/Scion genuine part. One of the two plastic side arms (the one that the ball rests on) was not the same shape as the original part. I was able to shave it off with an Xacto knife and it works about 95% the same as OEM. So for ten bucks it's not bad, but it needs improvement. Knowing what I know now I could shave and replace a part in less than 20 minutes but I spent 2 hours on the first treatment.

EASY INSTALLATION: The door lock actuator is easy to install, direct replacement for correct installation every time.
