I actually bought this to use on my Jeep instead of a more expensive brand. I was expecting it to be less responsive to throttle when crawling over rocks like the competing brand does. However, this is hardly noticeable in economy mode. There's less throttle response, but not enough to actually make a huge difference when crawling over rocks. However, if that's what you're looking for, then rather PC. If you're looking for a great answer, look no further. In performance mode, the thing rocks. On the road, the jeep looks like it has a lot of power. Remember that all you have to do is change the gas sensitivity. It doesn't give you any extra power. In Performance mode, it's like stepping on the gas with a press of the gas pedal. It makes city driving more comfortable as I don't have to press the accelerator pedal as hard. My jeep is heavy and rolls on 38 inch tires. Even with a 5.38 gear it still holds up. It really helps. First of all, he got rid of the lag. Device. I love the fact that it's so small. The installation was painful only because of my internal configuration. Should be a lot easier in a stock JK. Flick the connector with your thumb while trying to slide the connector off the rest of your hand. It took a lot of tries due to the awkward position I had to stand in to turn it off. Installing just a new one took a few seconds to get it back in place. I hope I don't have to take it off in the future. Revised 11/23/20: After a few hours of use it started throwing code P2122 in my jeep and wilted it. It took me quite a while to get rid of the code even after unplugging the device. Eventually I wasn't able to get rid of the code and plug it back in only for it to spit out the code again. Something went wrong in the block. They obviously don't last very long. This time I was able to get rid of the code in about 15 minutes. I'd say it's worth one star for a few hours of enjoyment but the headache of installing only took 3 minutes to remove and send back. I don't think it's worth the headache to try another. Send back!
