The ability to create groups, assign roles & permissions makes it easy enough that users can be trained in just minutes! It's intuitive with no training necessary (which I like!). We are able solve our patient flow problems of being overwhelmed by phone calls or having questions go unanswered due to lack access/not at their desk etc.. Our staff have been happy about how quickly they've adopted this system - which has improved workflows tremendously!!
