MedChat Review

The ability to create groups, assign roles & permissions makes it easy enough that users can be trained in just minutes! It's intuitive with no training necessary (which I like!). We are able solve our patient flow problems of being overwhelmed by phone calls or having questions go unanswered due to lack access/not at their desk etc.. I love that it has integrated with my EMR, so I can pull up a patient's notes straight from their chart. It also integrates well with various other software applications in our facility (Cerner). The only thing I dislike about Medchat is how difficult it is to navigate without having some sort of prior knowledge or training. The ability to collaborate with colleagues from around world in real time, without having face2face conversations or video conferencing software! We are able to communicate seamlessly as if we were sitting right next door at our desks (or even across town).
