The ability to collaborate with colleagues from around world in real time, without having face2face conversations or video conferencing software! We are able to communicate seamlessly as if we were sitting right next door at our desks (or even across town). If you have never used it before I highly recommend trying this out first - its great that they offer free trials too :) It gives us peace of mind knowing everything goes smoothly when one member has trouble logging into their account due technical issues etc., which can be difficult during busy periods like flu season!!
