The wheels are well made and very manoeuvrable - that's why I bought them; However, the elevator didn't work at all. I had to use the ones I had from another product. The product was difficult to position on each of the 4 corners. If the weight isn't perfectly balanced, one or more will fall off. I tried moving the office from carpet to tile. It didn't work on carpet because the carpet was too thick. So I manually pushed the dresser into the tiled area and then adjusted the casters at each corner. When the roller hit the grout groove on the tile, the roller fell off. If the office had a perfectly flat floor instead of 4 corner pieces before getting to the true floor of the office it would work better. Even if the surface was smooth, it would work better. It was too cumbersome to mount a stand on each wheel so that it could rest on the actual bottom of the dresser. So they didn't work well for me. Hopefully this provides some important information for people thinking about buying. They are great for the right application - my situation didn't fit the right situation. All other types of casters wouldn't turn, and I knew it wouldn't work if I was trying to maneuver a heavy piece of furniture. A standard cart with caster wheels would have been better, but I'm not a loader and didn't have the right size cart. I recommend the product for the right situation. Therefore I would not send them back - everything was fine with the goods - only the application.
