Do not buy these needles. The yarn does not slide easily over the needle-to-wire connection. Stainless steel wire is very inflexible. After several hours of use, the connector broke between a needle and the wire. I used needles to knit two socks at a time with the magic loop. Luckily I was able to transfer all the stitches to a new set of needles. I threw away the whole set.
