I've been playing golf since I was a kid for about 15 years and I've been having some trouble hitting the ball lately and figured this machine would help me put my shots back where they belong. I really love this machine for the simple fact that it is very effective. If the ball hits the toe or clubface area, not only will the ball bounce in the wrong direction, but it will also feel like a dead ball. Using this practice stick on the practice court is a definite way to tell when you've hit the sweet spot. Even if you hit the red areas slightly with the ball you can tell, but when you hit that sweet spot it's so clean and perfect. I would highly recommend this golf trainer if you are just starting out in golf as it is the perfect tool to start working on your fundamentals. It will teach you how to hit the ball perfectly and where the best spot is and in my opinion if you can consistently hit the best spot with this racquet you can apply it to other racquets. I also recommend this if your game needs a little improvement and your shot takes the ball away from you or falls off. Great product and great quality. I wish I had had this when I was playing golf 15 years ago.
