Review on 🍳 Mepra Silver Cookware Set - 20 CM: Enhance Your Culinary Experience by Melvin House

This is a heavy, beautifully designed and incredibly well-made saucepan. It says it can be used on a variety of cooking surfaces. Below are four different ones. Lately I've been reading more about stainless steel than I ever needed to know to understand the makeup of this pot, and what I've basically learned is only 18/10. I admit I never thought of stainless steel before and that was my mistake. Mepra has already taught me a lot about high-quality cookware. Now I didn't want to cook anything in this pan. Nothing at all. Is always. But I did. I found a baked chicken recipe at Damn Delicious that was loaded with garlic, potatoes and creamy sauce. I would have posted a link but I started changing things up as soon as I opened my fridge. The recipe called for thighs, and I opted for breasts... so I made a mess with Parmesan, garlic, and two chicken breasts that fit perfectly in this pan. Did I mention she's small? Cleaning was easy but I became obsessed with it. I didn't want anything to ruin my beautiful and perfect pot.
