Good for the price
We handle RMAs manually, including documenting shipping information on packages. I got this for our warehouse because I was tired of manually entering numbers and human error. The first few days everything was great and worked well. To date it works perfectly. Sometimes certain barcodes of a certain length are not scanned. It's a 1D scanner but I've used more expensive barcode scanners and they are error free and scan even the fuzziest of codes. Not this gun but again for the money it's worth. It has also been dropped a few times but it still works.
