Love this product; I have used advanced powertrain and oil treatment for over twenty years. I use this supplement at every fluid change in all my vehicles. The reason why. I had a 1994 Honda Accord and used Prolong oil additive at every oil change. Then, in 1998, my wife came home from work and told me that there was a lot of oil under the car. I asked how much and my manager said it was enough for her to notice before intervening. When I checked the oil level it was empty and I asked my wife why didn't you call me? She replied that she didn't think it was bad enough and she had no problems driving. Instead of calling me to pick her up, she drove over 10 miles home. Well, I'm assuming the engine will be removed. I towed it to a Honda dealership and was told that the main seal had failed and was leaking oil. The service representative wanted to know what else I use in my car? The maintenance manager told me there was no other damage to the engine and if my wife drove the car that far the engine would have to warp. I told him the only difference was using Prolong with every oil change. He said never stop using it and asked where I bought my prolong. The main shaft seal was on recall so I didn't pay anything for the repair. I will always use this product, thanks Prolong.
