Flat Spots: Lawn Mower Parts

Complete Trash. They are valued at £300 each. I bought 4 for my welding cart. My cart weighs about 250 pounds. If the car is left idling for more than a few hours, flat spots will appear on the underside of the tires. The longer he sits, the flatter they become. I have to rock the cart with my foot to make it roll. Then as you pull the cart, knock, knock, knock every time the wheels turn. Eventually the flat spots will round out until I park it again.
