Good product but difficult to start

I've been using it for over a month and have installed it twice in that time. Once on my old computer and then again on my new system. It was difficult for me to find the right drivers to get it working the first time. Now, on my new computer, I don't remember exactly what I did and didn't have time to troubleshoot/research, so it's currently not working. However, it works as a good charger for my phone :-/
