Normal residential seems to only allow for 1 year or less battery life. This most recent lasted Feb - Nov 2022. I would have expected longer given the price.UPDATE: although I did not ask for a contact, I received one from Energup Customer Service. We discussed the issue and I was offered a refund for the battery that was no longer holding a charge. This was fair and I agreed to apply the credit toward the purchase of another 2 Pack battery from the same seller Energup. We agreed to give each other another chance. I am pleased and appreciate this end result!
